Who is behind UEFA EURO 2008™ Accommodation Agency (AA)?

The UEFA EURO 2008™ Accommodation Agency is operated by Swiss based Kuoni Travel Ltd. Since being appointed by Euro 2008 SA on 10 October 2005, it has begun to compile a list of hotels in Austria and Switzerland with the aim of providing teams, officials, the tournament organisers and their commercial partners, broadcasters and the media with the best possible accommodation.

When does booking start?

The AA is currently in the process of handling group requests from commercial partners, broadcaster, teams and other partners of UEFA and the Euro 2008 SA. For group requests other than the above the AA will be able to send a firm offer by Summer/Autumn 2007. Any group request shall be directly addressed to the AA by mail at info@aa-euro2008.com.

Can Individuals book a room on this website of the official UEFA EURO 2008™ Accommodation Agency?

At that stage only group requests can be handled. But in case there are overflow capacities of the Accommodation Agency at a short notice, these rooms will be bookable through this website as of January 2008. Requests from individuals can not be handled at that stage.

Does the UEFA EURO 2008™ Accommodation Agency (AA) also sell tickets or accommodation packages incl. tickets?

No, the AA does not sell any tickets or accommodation packages incl. tickets.

How can I book hotels in the online hotel catalogue

The hotel catalogue gives you an overview of hotels blocked by the AA for the UEFA EURO 2008™ but does not indicate the availability for any specific date. Group requests should be directly addressed to the AA by email info@aa-euro2008.com. Individual bookings will only be handled through an online bookings system on this website in case of overflow capacities as from January 2008.

In what order are hotels shown in the online hotel catalogue?

The hotels are listed by host city. Within this selection hotels are listed in order to the distance to the football stadium. Also hotels in the surrounding of the host cities are listed.
